How do I place an order?

Simply complete our Enquiry Form. Once we receive your order details, we aim to respond within 48 hours to confirm availability and provide a quote.

How far in advance should I place my order?

We recommend booking 2+ weeks in advance to secure your date, especially during busy periods. However, we may be able to accommodate shorter notice depending on availability.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes — a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order. Your date is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

The deposit amount will be sent following your 'Order Overview' message.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept bank transfer as the preferred payment method. Payment details will be provided during the booking process.

Where are you located?

We are based in Heywood, Greater Manchester (United Kingdom). 
Collections are from our studio in Heywood by appointment only. 
We’ll provide the address & collection details with care instructions upon confirmation of booking.

Do you offer delivery?

Yes — we offer delivery across Greater Manchester and surrounding areas. Delivery fees vary depending on location and setup requirements.

How should I transport or store my cake?

Keep your cake flat and cool during transport. Once home, store it in the fridge. Cakes are fine to be taken out at least 30 minutes before event start/cake cutting.

Can you recreate a design I’ve seen elsewhere?

We welcome inspiration photos, but every Tee Cakes creation is unique. We’ll use your reference as a guide while ensuring the final design reflects our style.

What is your cancellation policy?

Deposits are non-refundable. For cancellations made with less than two weeks before the event, the full balance may still apply due to preparation time and materials. See full cancellation/rescheduling policy here.

Can I make changes after booking?

Small design changes may be possible if requested at least two weeks before your event.
